The LincPlus M8 is an 8.4-inch Android 14 tablet designed for both work and entertainment. It features a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, 12GB RAM, 128GB internal storage (expandable up to 2TB), a 90Hz IPS display, and a 6000mAh battery with 20W fast charging. It is GMS certified and supports Widevine L1 for HD streaming.

3. Initial Setup

3.1 Charging the Tablet

Before first use, fully charge the tablet using the provided Type-C cable and 20W power adapter. Connect the Type-C cable to the tablet's USB-C port and the adapter to a power outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging progress.

3.2 Powering On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button located on the side of the tablet until the LincPlus logo appears.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear on the screen, then select "Power off."
  • To Restart: Press and hold the Power button until the power options appear, then select "Restart."

3.3 Initial Configuration

Upon first power-on, the tablet will guide you through the initial setup process. This includes:

  1. Language Selection: Choose your preferred language.
  2. Wi-Fi Connection: Connect to a Wi-Fi network to enable internet access and download necessary updates.
  3. Google Account Setup: Sign in with your Google account or create a new one. This is essential for accessing the Google Play Store and other Google services.
  4. Date & Time: Set the correct date and time, or allow the network to set it automatically.
  5. Security: Set up a screen lock (PIN, pattern, or password) to protect your device.

3.4 Inserting a MicroSD Card

The LincPlus M8 Tablet supports storage expansion up to 2TB via a microSD card. To insert the card:

  1. Locate the SIM/microSD card tray on the side of the tablet.
  2. Use the provided SIM ejector tool to gently push into the small hole next to the tray until it pops out.
  3. Place the microSD card into the designated slot on the tray, ensuring proper orientation.
  4. Gently push the tray back into the tablet until it clicks into place.

4. Operating Your Tablet

4.1 Basic Navigation

  • Home Screen: Swipe left or right to navigate between home screens.
  • App Drawer: Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access all installed applications.
  • Notifications & Quick Settings: Swipe down from the top of the screen to view notifications and access quick settings toggles (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, brightness, etc.).
  • Back, Home, Recent Apps: Use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen (or gestures, if enabled) to go back, return to the home screen, or view recent applications.

4.2 Display Settings

The LincPlus M8 features an 8.4-inch FHD+ IPS display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 400 nits brightness.

  • Brightness: Adjust screen brightness from Quick Settings or in Settings > Display > Brightness level.
  • Eye-Care Mode: Reduce blue light emission for comfortable reading. Enable it in Settings > Display > Eye Comfort Shield.
  • Refresh Rate: The 90Hz refresh rate provides smoother visuals. This setting is typically managed automatically by the system for optimal performance and battery life.

4.3 Connectivity

  • Wi-Fi: Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi to connect to available networks. The tablet supports Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac).
  • Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth in Settings > Connected devices > Connection preferences > Bluetooth to pair with wireless headphones, speakers, or other devices. The tablet supports Bluetooth 5.3.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Battery Care
