Setup Guide
Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the device and a suitable USB power adapter. A full charge typically takes approximately 3 hours and provides up to 90 minutes of continuous use, or about six days of 15-minute daily sessions.
Adjusting the Fit
