3. Setup

  1. Locate the OBD2 Port: The OBD2 port is typically located under the dashboard on the driver's side of the vehicle. Refer to your vehicle's owner's manual if you cannot find it.
  2. Connect the Scanner: Plug the OBD2 connector cable from the M302 scanner firmly into the vehicle's OBD2 port.

4.3 Oil Reset Function

The oil reset function allows you to reset the oil service light after an oil change, ensuring your vehicle's maintenance schedule is accurately tracked.

  1. From the main menu, select 'Oil Reset'.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to perform the oil service reset. Specific steps may vary by vehicle make and model.

4.4 Vehicle Information
