4. Maintenance
Emptying the Dust Container
The dust container has a capacity of 1.2 liters. To maintain optimal suction, empty the dust container regularly, especially when it reaches the MAX fill line. Detach the dust container from the main unit and press the release button to open the bottom flap and dispose of debris.
Cleaning Filters
The Proscenic P15 utilizes a 6-layer high-density filtration system, including a HEPA filter, which captures up to 99.99% of fine dust and allergens. For best performance, clean the filters periodically:
- Remove the filter assembly from the dust container.
- Tap off loose dust over a waste bin.
- Rinse washable filter components under cold running water until the water runs clear.
- Allow all filter parts to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not use heat to dry.
Cleaning the Anti-Tangle Brush
The V-shaped anti-tangle brush is designed to minimize hair tangles. However, occasional cleaning may be necessary:
- Turn off the vacuum and detach the floor brush.
- Locate the brush roll release mechanism and remove the brush roll.
- Use scissors or the included cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair or fibers.
- Reinsert the brush roll and secure it in place.
