5. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your ELEMARA Bumper Car. A screwdriver is required but not included.

Step 1: Universal Wheels Assembly

1. Turn the vehicle body upside down.
2. Fit the three universal wheels to the designated spots on the vehicle body.
3. Insert and tighten four #4x16 screws for each universal wheel with a screwdriver.

Step 2: Big Wheels Assembly

1. Unscrew the M10 washers and M10 locknuts from the rear axle on each side using the provided socket wrench.
2. Slide a big wheel onto the rear axle, ensuring the gear aligns with the gearbox.
3. Slide an M10 washer onto the rear axle.
4. Tighten an M10 locknut to the end of the rear axle.
5. Repeat the above steps to assemble the other big wheel. An extra spanner is provided to hold the locknut on one side while tightening the locknut on the other side.
6. Snap the wheel covers onto the big wheels.

Step 3: Steering Wheel and Faceguard Assembly

1. Insert the connector on the steering wheel into the corresponding connector on the vehicle body.
2. Hide the plugged connectors into the hole in the body.
3. Fit the steering wheel to the body, pushing it until you hear a "click" into place.
4. Insert three #4x16 screws into the steering wheel base and tighten them with a screwdriver.
5. Fit the faceguard to the body, pushing until you hear a "click" into place.

Step 4: Battery Connection and Seat Installation

1. Insert the power connector into the battery connector.
2. Fit the seat to the body.
3. Insert two #4x16 screws into the seat base and tighten with a screwdriver.

6. Battery and Charging

Charging Instructions

• The POWER SWITCH must be turned to the OFF position when charging.
• Plug the charger port into the input socket (located below the seat).
• Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
• The battery will begin charging. The indicator light on the charger is red when charging and turns green when fully charged.
• WARNING: This product features Charging Protection. When charging, all functions of the bumper car will be cut off.

7. Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Locate the power switch near the seat. Press to turn the car on or off.

Driving Modes

• Manual Control: The child can operate the car using the steering wheel and foot pedal.
• Remote Control: An adult can control the car using the provided remote control. The maximum remote distance is 20 meters.

Remote Control Pairing

1. Hold down the Forward and Backward buttons on the remote control for 3 seconds to start the match code process. The first LED on the remote will flicker.
2. Turn on the car's power. The first LED on the remote will light up steadily, and the red indicator lights on the car will stop flickering, indicating successful pairing.

Music and LED Lights

• The bumper car features built-in music and Bluetooth connectivity. Refer to the specific controls on the dashboard for music playback and Bluetooth pairing.

8. Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the car with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

• Battery Care: Charge the battery fully after each use and at least once a month during long storage periods to prolong battery life.
• Inspection: Regularly check all screws, nuts, and connections to ensure they are secure. Inspect wheels and bumper for any damage.

9. Troubleshooting

• Car not moving: Check battery connection, ensure the power switch is ON, and verify the remote control is paired correctly. Ensure the battery is charged.
• Remote control not working: Re-pair the remote control as per the instructions in Section 7. Check remote control batteries.
• Lights not working: Check the light switch. Ensure the battery is charged.
• Unusual noises: Stop operation immediately and inspect for loose parts or obstructions.
