3. Assembly Instructions

3.1 Unpacking and Component Identification

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Locate accessories under the seat. Open the seat and remove all packaged items.

3.2 Assemble the Front Bumper

1. Attach the front bumper (G) to the front of the ATV using the provided M5*3mm screws and M5 nuts.
2. Tighten securely with the M10 wrench.

3.3 Assemble the Front Bracket

1. Unscrew the pre-installed nuts and washers from the front bracket (E) and store them properly.
2. Align the front bracket with the mounting points on the ATV chassis.
3. Secure the front bracket using the previously removed nuts and washers.
4. Connect the electrical wires from the front bracket to the corresponding connectors on the ATV.

3.4 Assemble the Front Wheels

1. Place a front wheel (A), wheel hub, washer, and nut onto the front axle in sequence.
2. Tighten them with the M10 wrench.
3. Attach the big wheel cover (C) and small wheel cover (D) to complete the wheel assembly.

3.5 Assemble the Rear Wheels

1. Take out the rear axle (F) and align it with the motor hole, then insert it.
2. Place the rear wheel, wheel hub, washer, and nut onto the rear axle in sequence.
3. Finally, tighten it with a nut.
4. Attach the big wheel cover (C) and small wheel cover (D) to complete the wheel assembly.

3.6 Assemble the Steering Wheel

1. Take out the steering wheel (B). The screws may be pre-installed and need to be removed first.
2. Align the holes on the steering wheel with the steering column.
3. Install the steering wheel and tighten it with the provided screws using the hexagonal wrench.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Initial Power Connection

1. Locate the main power cord under the seat.
2. Connect it to the receiver.
3. Turn on the switch to check if the ATV is powered on.

4.2 Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the ATV battery. Subsequent charging should be done as needed.

1. Locate the charging port on the ATV.
2. Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet, then connect the charging cable to the ATV's charging port.
