6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Sondiko Propane Torch Head, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Torch does not ignite. | Insufficient gas flow, faulty igniter, or empty propane cylinder. | Ensure the Fuel Flow Knob is open (30-90° counterclockwise). Check if the propane cylinder is empty and replace if necessary. Press the Igniter Button firmly. |
| Inconsistent or weak flame. | Low gas pressure, partially closed fuel flow knob, or cold propane cylinder. | Adjust the Fuel Flow Knob to increase gas flow. Ensure the propane cylinder is not too cold (warm it gently if necessary, away from open flames). |
| Gas leak detected (hissing sound or smell). | Loose connection between torch and cylinder, or damaged cylinder/torch. | Immediately turn off the gas. Tighten the connection. If the leak persists, disconnect the cylinder in a well-ventilated area and do not use the torch or cylinder. Contact customer support. |
