Setup

1. Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your G-TiDE R8 Pro smartwatch. Connect the magnetic charging cable to the charging points on the back of the watch and plug the USB end into a compatible power adapter (not included). A full charge typically takes approximately 2 hours.

2. App Installation (Wearfit Pro)

To unlock all features and synchronize data, download the Wearfit Pro app on your smartphone.

• For iOS devices: Search for "Wearfit Pro" in the Apple App Store. Requires iOS 9.0 or higher.
• For Android devices: Search for "Wearfit Pro" in the Google Play Store. Requires Android 4.4 or higher.

Maintenance

Charging

Use the provided magnetic charging cable. Ensure the charging contacts on the watch and cable are clean and dry before connecting. Important: Do not charge the watch when it is wet. Wait until it is completely dry.

Water Resistance (IP67)

The G-TiDE R8 Pro Smartwatch has an IP67 rating, meaning it is resistant to dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. It is protected against splashes and daily use. However, it is not suitable for swimming, showering, or immersion in saltwater or chlorinated water. Prolonged exposure to water or use in high-pressure water environments may damage the device.

Cleaning

Wipe the watch and strap with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Troubleshooting

• Watch not turning on: Ensure the watch is fully charged.
• Cannot pair with phone:

• Notifications not received:
