1. Introduction and Overview

2. Important Safety Information

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required. Follow these steps carefully to set up your grill.

  1. Unpack: Remove all packaging materials and protective films from the grill components.
  2. Place Grill Base: Position the grill base on a stable, level, non-combustible surface. Ensure the legs are firmly planted.
  3. Install Burner and Flame Tamer: Carefully place the stainless-steel H burner into its designated position within the firebox. Ensure it sits correctly over the gas inlet. Then, place the flame tamer over the burner.
  4. Insert Drip Tray: Slide the removable drip tray into its slot beneath the burner.
  5. Place Grill Plate: Position the cast iron grill plate on top of the flame tamer, ensuring it sits securely.
  6. Connect Propane Tank:
    • Ensure the grill's control knob is in the "OFF" position.
    • Connect the regulator hose from your propane tank (not included) to the grill's gas inlet. Hand-tighten firmly. Do not overtighten.
    • Connect the other end of the regulator hose to your propane tank.
  7. Perform Leak Test:
    • Mix a solution of equal parts liquid dish soap and water.
    • Ensure the grill's control knob is "OFF".
    • Open the propane tank valve slowly.
    • Apply the soap solution to all gas connections (regulator to tank, hose to grill).
    • If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Immediately close the propane tank valve and tighten the connection. Repeat the test. If bubbles persist, do not use the grill and contact customer support.
    • After confirming no leaks, close the propane tank valve and wipe off any soap solution.

5. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your Everdure CUBE Proflame 360 grill.

5.1. Lighting the Grill

  1. Ensure the grill's control knob is in the "OFF" position.
  2. Open the propane tank valve slowly and completely.
  3. Push in and slowly turn the control knob counter-clockwise to the "HIGH" position. The igniter should click, and the burner should light.
  4. If the burner does not light within 5 seconds, turn the control knob to "OFF", close the propane tank valve, wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and then repeat the lighting procedure.
  5. Once lit, close the roasting hood to preheat the grill.

5.2. Preheating

Preheat the grill on "HIGH" with the hood closed for 5-10 minutes. The built-in thermometer on the hood will indicate the internal temperature. Preheating ensures the cast iron grate reaches optimal temperature for searing and even cooking.

5.4. Shutting Down the Grill

  1. Turn the grill's control knob to the "OFF" position.
  2. Close the valve on the propane tank.
  3. Allow the grill to cool completely before cleaning or moving.
