1. Safety Guidelines
Please read and understand all safety instructions before operating the Tomofree K7 PRO scooter. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.
- Cargo Weight Distribution: Always maintain cargo weight within ±15cm of the centerline to prevent lateral instability.
- Cornering Speed: The recommended maximum cornering speed is ≤8mph. Reduce speed significantly when turning.
- Pre-Ride Check: Before each use, ensure all components are securely fastened, tires are properly inflated, and brakes are functioning correctly.
- Protective Gear: Always wear a helmet and other appropriate protective gear (e.g., knee pads, elbow pads) when operating the scooter.
- Environmental Conditions: Avoid riding in heavy rain, snow, or on icy surfaces. The scooter is designed for urban and light off-road use.
- Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum weight recommendation of 220 pounds.

3. Setup
The Tomofree K7 PRO electric scooter ships fully assembled. Follow these steps for initial preparation:
- Unboxing: Carefully remove the scooter from its packaging.
- Unfolding: The scooter features a 3-step folding system. Unfold the scooter by following the sequence indicated in the diagram below until it locks into its riding position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged before use.
- Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the battery. Connect the charger to the scooter's charging port and then to a power outlet. The indicator light on the charger will change when charging is complete.

4. Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the controls before riding.
4.1 Power On/Off
- To Power On: Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the 'ON' position. The HD display will illuminate.
- To Power Off: Turn the key to the 'OFF' position and remove it.
4.2 Speed Modes
The scooter offers three-speed versatility, adjustable via buttons on the left handlebar:
- Mode I (Low Speed): Approximately 2 mph (6 km/h), suitable for turning and crowded areas.
- Mode II (Medium Speed): Approximately 6 mph (12 km/h), ideal for daily driving.
- Mode III (High Speed): Approximately 15 mph (15.5 mph / 25 km/h), for open areas. Exercise caution at high speeds.
4.3 Reverse Function
To engage reverse, simply hold the designated button on the handlebar. Release the button to return to forward motion.
4.4 HD Display
The HD display on the handlebar provides essential real-time information:
- Battery Level
- Current Speed
- Total Mileage (ODO)
- Trip Distance (TRIP)
4.5 Throttle and Braking
- Throttle: The full-twist throttle on the right handlebar controls acceleration. Twist gently to increase speed.
- Braking: The scooter is equipped with a front drum brake. Apply the brake lever on the handlebar smoothly to slow down or stop.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Tomofree K7 PRO scooter.
- Battery Care: Perform a monthly full discharge/charge cycle for battery calibration to extend battery life and maintain performance. Avoid completely draining the battery for extended periods.
- Cleaning: Wipe down the scooter with a damp cloth. Avoid using high-pressure water jets or harsh chemicals, which can damage electrical components.
- Tire Inspection: Regularly check tire pressure and for any signs of wear or damage. Ensure tires are properly inflated for a safe and comfortable ride.
- Fastener Check: Periodically inspect all bolts and fasteners to ensure they are tight.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Tomofree K7 PRO scooter, please refer to the following general troubleshooting tips. For more complex problems, contact customer support.
- Scooter Not Powering On: Check if the battery is charged and the key is fully inserted and turned to the 'ON' position.
- Loss of Power/Reduced Range: Ensure the battery is fully charged. Extreme temperatures can affect battery performance.
- Unusual Noises: Inspect for loose parts or obstructions around the wheels and motor.
- Brake Issues: Check brake lever tension and ensure the brake mechanism is free of debris.

The Tomofree K7 PRO scooter comes with a 1-year warranty on core components. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It excludes accidents, misuse, and normal wear and tear.
To Claim Warranty: Contact Tomofree customer support with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos of the defect. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
