Operating Instructions

Before Operation

  • Ensure the work area is clear of obstacles, loose debris, and anything that could be damaged by high-pressure water.
  • Wear all recommended safety gear.
  • Check all connections for tightness.

Operation Steps

  1. Turn on the water supply to your pressure washer.
  2. Start your pressure washer according to its manufacturer's instructions.
  3. With the surface cleaner positioned over the area to be cleaned, depress the trigger on your pressure washer wand. The nozzles inside the surface cleaner will begin to rotate, creating a uniform spray pattern.
  4. Slowly and steadily move the surface cleaner across the surface, overlapping each pass slightly to ensure complete coverage. The casters will assist in smooth movement.
  5. Maintain a consistent speed for best results. Moving too quickly may result in uneven cleaning, while moving too slowly may cause streaking or damage to sensitive surfaces.
  6. Release the trigger to stop the water flow.
  7. After cleaning, turn off the pressure washer and disconnect the water supply. Relieve any remaining pressure in the system by depressing the trigger.

  • If a nozzle is clogged, use a nozzle cleaning tool (often supplied with pressure washers) to clear the obstruction. Do not use sharp objects that could damage the nozzle orifice.
  • Ensure nozzles are securely fastened to the rotating bar.

Caster Maintenance

  • Inspect the casters regularly for debris accumulation or damage.
  • Clean any dirt or hair from around the caster wheels to ensure smooth operation.
