4. Sizing Guide

5. Setup and First Use
- Charge the Control Unit: Fully charge the built-in 2500mAh battery for approximately 2.5 hours before the first use. The unit can last up to 5-7 days with 30 minutes of daily use.
- Wear the Leg Sleeves: Sit in a comfortable position (reclined or lying down is recommended). Unzip each leg sleeve completely and slide your legs into them. Ensure your feet are comfortably positioned at the bottom of the sleeves. Zip up the sleeves securely.
- Connect the Hoses: Insert both air hoses from the leg sleeves into the designated ports on the control unit. Ensure a firm connection.
- Power On: Press and hold the power button on the control unit for 3 seconds to turn on the device.

6. Operating Instructions
The control unit features a clear display and intuitive touch controls for easy operation.

Adjusting Settings:
- Timer: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the massage duration (15-60 minutes).
- Strength (Pressure Levels): Select from 11 pressure levels (50-150 mmHg) using the '<' and '>' arrows.
- Massage Modes: Choose from 3 modes: Combination, Circulation, or Sequence. Press the 'M' button to cycle through modes.
- Zone Selection: The system features 5 overlapping air chambers (foot, lower calf, upper calf, lower thigh, and upper thigh). You can select individual zones (1-5) or multiple zones for a customized massage.
- Start/Stop: Press the Play/Pause button to start or stop the massage.
The sensor system precisely controls inflation volume based on leg size, providing suitable and safe air pressure.
