4. Setup Instructions

4.1 Assembly

  1. Attach the spray unit to the motor housing and rotate it until it locks securely.
  2. Ensure the buckle on the bottom is locked to prevent accidental detachment.
  3. Install the suction tube with the seal washer into the spray unit. Adjust its direction based on whether you will be spraying upwards (tube points backward) or downwards (tube points forward) to ensure continuous paint flow.
  4. Screw the paint container onto the spray unit, ensuring it is tightened completely.
  5. Install the desired nozzle and secure it with the air cap and nut.
  6. Insert the check valve back into its position, pointing it upwards for optimal performance.
  7. Connect the tube to the check valve tube seat.

4.2 Paint Preparation

  1. Dilution: Most paints require dilution for optimal spraying. Use the included viscosity measuring cup to determine the correct dilution ratio. Pour paint into the cup and time how long it takes to drain. Refer to your paint manufacturer's guidelines or the sprayer manual for recommended viscosity (Max 100 DIN-s).
  2. Filtering: Always filter your diluted paint using the provided strainers to remove any impurities or clumps that could clog the nozzle and affect spray quality.
  3. Pour the prepared paint into the 1200ML container.

5.1 Adjusting Spray Patterns

The sprayer offers three adjustable spray patterns: vertical, horizontal, and circular. Rotate the air cap to select the desired pattern.

5.2 Material Flow Control

Use the material flow control knob to adjust the paint output volume. Turn the knob clockwise for more paint and counter-clockwise for less. Test the spray on a scrap piece of material to find the optimal setting for your project.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

  5. Dry and reassemble: Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling the sprayer.
