Operating Instructions

Cooking on the Stovetop:

• Always use a small amount of cooking oil or butter on the nonstick surface.
• Preheat the griddle on low to medium heat for a few minutes before adding food. High heat is generally not necessary and can damage the nonstick coating over time.
• Use heat-resistant silicone, wooden, or plastic utensils to avoid scratching the nonstick surface.

Oven Use:

• The griddle is oven safe up to 400°F. This allows for finishing dishes in the oven or keeping food warm.
