Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to replace the main brush and brush cover on your robot vacuum cleaner. Refer to your vacuum cleaner's original manual for specific instructions on accessing the brush compartment.

1. Power Off: Ensure your robot vacuum cleaner is powered off and disconnected from its charging base before beginning any maintenance.
2. Access Brush Compartment: Turn the robot vacuum cleaner upside down. Locate the main brush compartment cover, usually secured by latches or screws. Open or remove the cover.
3. Remove Old Brush and Cover: Carefully lift out the old main brush. If the brush cover is also being replaced, remove it as well. Note how the components are seated.
4. Clean Compartment: Use the provided cleaning tool or a soft cloth to remove any accumulated dust, hair, or debris from the brush compartment. This ensures optimal performance of the new parts.
5. Install New Brush Cover: If replacing, position the new brush cover (as shown in Figure 3) into its designated slot. Ensure it clicks securely into place.

6. Install New Main Brush: Insert the new main brush into the compartment, aligning its ends with the corresponding slots or bearings. Ensure it rotates freely.

7. Close Cover: Securely close the main brush compartment cover.
8. Test: Turn on your robot vacuum cleaner and initiate a short cleaning cycle to ensure the new components are functioning correctly and quietly.
