Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your HOMCOM 3-Tier Rolling Tool Cart. A rubber mallet may be helpful for securing connections.

  1. Attach Wheels: Insert the four universal wheels into the designated holes on the bottom shelf. Ensure the two wheels with brakes are installed on the same side for easier access. Press firmly until they click into place.
  2. Install Lower Posts: Insert the four vertical support posts into the corner holes of the bottom shelf. Ensure they are fully seated.
  3. Place Middle Shelf: Carefully align the middle shelf with the top of the lower support posts and press down firmly until it locks into place.

  6. Install Side Pegboard Panels: Align the grooves on the side pegboard panels with the corresponding slots on the vertical support posts. Slide the panels down until they are securely in place. Note: Ensure the grooves on the posts are facing each other to properly slide the pegboard panels.
  7. Add Hooks and Partitions: Insert the provided hooks into the pegboard panels as desired. Place the removable partitions into the shelf trays to create customized storage compartments.
  8. Final Check: Verify that all connections are secure and the cart is stable before loading any items.

Operating Instructions

  • Loading the Cart: Distribute tools and supplies evenly across the three shelves. Place heavier items on lower shelves to enhance stability. Utilize the side pegboard panels and hooks for hanging frequently used tools.
  • Moving the Cart: Release the brakes on the two locking casters. Grip the cart firmly and push or pull it to your desired location. The universal wheels allow for 360-degree movement.
