3. Product Components Overview
3.1. Metal Touch Keypad

The robust metal keypad serves as the primary interface for access control. It features a touch-sensitive numeric pad for password entry and an integrated RFID reader for card access. An indicator light provides status feedback.
3.2. 1200LB Magnetic Lock

This high-strength electromagnetic lock provides secure door locking with a holding force of up to 1200 pounds. It consists of an electromagnet (main body) and an armature plate, designed for surface mounting on various door types.
3.3. Power Supply Control

The power supply unit converts AC power to the necessary DC voltage for the access control system. It includes terminal blocks for connecting all components and features a built-in timer for lock release duration adjustment.
3.4. Remote Controls

Two remote controls are included for convenient wireless unlocking of the door. These can be programmed to the system for quick access.
3.5. RFID Cards/Keyfobs

The kit includes five RFID cards/keyfobs for contactless access. These cards are programmed to the keypad and provide an alternative, quick entry method.
3.6. Push to Exit Button

The metal exit button allows for easy egress from the secured area by momentarily releasing the magnetic lock.
4. Installation Guide
Important: Installation should be performed by a qualified technician or someone with experience in electrical wiring. Ensure power is disconnected before beginning installation to prevent electric shock.
4.1. Wiring Diagram

Refer to the wiring diagram above for connecting all components. Ensure all connections are secure and correctly matched to avoid damage to the system or improper operation.
- Power Supply: Connect to main AC power (L, N) and provide 12V DC output to other components.
- Magnetic Lock: Connect to the V+ and V- terminals of the power supply.
- RFID Keypad: Connect +12V, GND, COM, NO, BELL+, BELL- terminals as shown.
- Exit Button: Connect PUSH, GND, COM, NO terminals as shown.
- Doorbell (Optional): Connect BELL+ and BELL- terminals from the keypad to the doorbell unit.
4.2. Mounting the Keypad
- Choose a suitable location near the door, at a comfortable height for users.
- Use the mounting template (if provided) or the keypad's backplate to mark drilling points.
- Drill holes for mounting screws and for routing cables.
- Secure the keypad backplate to the wall using the provided screws and anchors.
- Connect the keypad's wiring according to the diagram.
- Attach the keypad unit to its backplate.
4.3. Installing the Magnetic Lock
- Mount the main electromagnet body to the door frame (header) using the provided screws. Ensure it is level and securely fastened.
- Mount the armature plate to the door itself, aligning it precisely with the electromagnet. Use the provided L-bracket or Z-bracket if necessary for proper alignment and secure attachment.
- Ensure there is no gap between the electromagnet and the armature plate when the door is closed.
- Connect the magnetic lock's wires to the power supply as per the wiring diagram.
4.4. Installing the Exit Button and Power Supply
- Mount the exit button on the inside of the door frame, at a convenient height.
- Connect the exit button's wires to the power supply control unit as shown in the wiring diagram.
- Mount the power supply control unit in a secure, accessible location, away from moisture.
- Connect the power cable to the power supply unit and then to a suitable AC power outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
This section details how to use and program your NCLTHS Smart Access Control System.
5.1. Initial Setup and Master Code
- Power On: After completing all wiring, connect the power supply to an electrical outlet. The keypad will emit a beep, and indicator lights will activate.
- Default Master Code: The default master code is usually 123456. It is highly recommended to change this immediately for security.
- Change Master Code:
- Press * then enter the current Master Code (default 123456) then #.
- Press 0 then #.
- Enter your new 6-digit Master Code then #.
- Re-enter your new 6-digit Master Code then # to confirm.
5.2. Adding User Passwords
User passwords can be 4-6 digits long.
- Press * then enter Master Code then #.
- Press 1 then #.
- Enter a 3-digit User ID (e.g., 001, 002) then #.
- Enter the new User Password (4-6 digits) then #.
- Re-enter the new User Password then # to confirm.
- To add more users, repeat steps 3-5. Press * to exit programming mode.
5.3. Adding RFID Cards
- Press * then enter Master Code then #.
- Press 2 then #.
- Present the RFID card to the keypad's reader. The keypad will beep to confirm.
- To add more cards, present each card one by one. Press * to exit programming mode.
5.4. Deleting User Passwords/RFID Cards
To delete a specific user password or RFID card:
- Press * then enter Master Code then #.
- Press 3 then #.
- Enter the 3-digit User ID of the password/card to delete then #.
- To delete more, repeat step 3. Press * to exit programming mode.
To delete all user passwords and RFID cards (factory reset for users):
- Press * then enter Master Code then #.
- Press 4 then #.
- Confirm deletion by pressing # again.
5.5. Using Remote Controls
The remote controls are pre-paired with the power supply unit. Simply press the button on the remote to momentarily unlock the door.
5.6. Tuya App Remote Access

- Download Tuya Smart App: Download and install the "Tuya Smart" app from your smartphone's app store (iOS or Android).
- Register/Login: Create an account or log in to your existing Tuya Smart account.
- Add Device:
- Ensure your access control system's power supply is connected to Wi-Fi (if applicable, check power supply model for Wi-Fi capability).
- In the Tuya Smart app, tap "+" to add a new device.
- Follow the in-app instructions to connect your access control system. This typically involves putting the device into pairing mode (refer to the power supply unit's specific instructions for pairing mode activation, if not covered here).
- Remote Control: Once connected, you can remotely lock/unlock the door, manage user access, and view access logs directly from the Tuya Smart App.
Note: The keypad itself does not have Wi-Fi. The Tuya App functionality relies on the power supply control unit having Wi-Fi capabilities and being properly configured.
6. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the keypad and other components with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Power Supply: Ensure the power supply unit is well-ventilated and free from dust accumulation.
- Wiring: Periodically check all wiring connections for tightness and signs of wear.
- Magnetic Lock: Ensure the magnetic lock and armature plate surfaces are clean and free of debris for optimal holding force.
- Battery (Remote Controls): Replace batteries in remote controls when their range or responsiveness decreases.
7. Troubleshooting
