Setup Instructions

1. Charge the Microphones and Receiver: Ensure both microphone transmitters and the receiver are fully charged using the provided charging cable. The charging case also provides additional power.
2. Connect the Receiver: Plug the receiver directly into your smartphone or tablet's charging port. Use the appropriate adapter (USB-C or Lightning) if necessary. The receiver will automatically power on.
3. Power On Microphones: Press and hold the power button on each microphone transmitter. A green indicator light will illuminate, signifying it is powered on and attempting to pair.
4. Automatic Pairing: The microphones will automatically pair with the receiver. The indicator light on the microphone will change from blinking to solid green once successfully paired.
5. Attach Microphones: Use the magnetic backclip to securely attach the microphone to your clothing, backpack, or other gear. For outdoor use or windy conditions, attach the furry windscreen over the microphone head.

Operating Instructions

Sound Mode Selection

The microphone features four distinct sound modes, switchable with a single button press:

• Noise Reduction: Ideal for noisy environments, minimizing background distractions.
• Original: Captures raw, unfiltered audio.
• Reverb: Adds an echo effect to the audio.
• Mute: Temporarily silences the microphone input.

The built-in LED indicator on the microphone will change to reflect the active sound mode.

Recording

Once the receiver is plugged in and microphones are paired, open your device's camera or recording application. The microphone will automatically be recognized as the audio input source. Begin recording as usual.

Magnetic Backclip Usage

The 360° magnetic backclip allows for flexible and secure placement. Attach it to collars, pockets, or other fabric surfaces. The magnetic design ensures stability during movement.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the microphone transmitters and receiver. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners.
• Windscreens: Regularly clean or replace the foam and furry windscreens to maintain optimal sound quality and protect the microphone from dust and wind noise.
• Storage: Store the microphone system in its charging case when not in use to protect it from damage and keep it charged.
• Battery Care: For long-term storage, ensure the devices are partially charged (around 50%) to preserve battery health.

Troubleshooting

• No Sound/Poor Quality:
  • Ensure the receiver is fully inserted into your device's port.
  • Verify microphones are powered on and paired (solid green light).
  • Check the selected sound mode; try 'Original' or 'Noise Reduction'.
  • Confirm your device's recording app is set to use the external microphone.
  • Ensure microphones are within the 70ft transmission range.
• Microphone Not Pairing:
  • Turn off both microphones and the receiver, then restart them.
  • Ensure both devices are sufficiently charged.
  • Move closer to the receiver during the pairing process.
• Charging Issues:
  • Use the provided charging cable.
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to a power source and the charging case/microphones.
  • Check for any debris in the charging ports.
