- If the device gets wet, dry it thoroughly with a clean cloth before charging or opening any ports.

3. Battery Care
- Avoid exposing the device to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) as this can degrade battery life.
- Use only the original charger and cable provided with the device.
- For optimal battery health, avoid frequently discharging the battery completely or keeping it at 100% for extended periods.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your DOOGEE Fire 5, refer to the following common solutions:
| Problem | Possible Solution |
|---|---|
| Device does not power on | Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to the charger for at least 10 minutes, then try powering on again. If unresponsive, perform a forced restart by holding the Power button for 10-15 seconds. |
| Screen is unresponsive | Restart the device. If the issue persists, check for software updates or contact support. |
| Apps are crashing or freezing | Clear the cache of the problematic app (Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage & cache > Clear cache). If the issue continues, uninstall and reinstall the app. Ensure sufficient free storage space. |
| Poor battery life | Check battery usage in Settings > Battery to identify power-hungry apps. Reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary features (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS) when not in use, and close background apps. |
| Cannot connect to Wi-Fi/Bluetooth | Toggle Wi-Fi/Bluetooth off and on. Restart the device. Forget the network/device and try reconnecting. Ensure you are within range. |
