1. Introduction

2.1. Package Contents

3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Device

The MINI-PAD features a built-in rechargeable battery, providing up to 8 hours of continuous use. To charge:

  1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C port on the MINI-PAD.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The power indicator light will be red during charging and turn green when the battery is fully charged.

3.2. Wired Connection (USB-C)

  1. Ensure the MINI-PAD is powered on.
  2. Connect the USB-C cable from the MINI-PAD to an available USB port on your computer (Windows/Mac) or other compatible device.
  3. The device will be recognized as a standard MIDI input device.

3.3. Wireless Bluetooth Connection

The MINI-PAD supports wireless Bluetooth MIDI connectivity for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. This allows for flexible music creation with low latency and stable transmission.

  1. Power on the MINI-PAD.
  2. On your host device (computer, tablet, smartphone), enable Bluetooth.
  3. Search for available Bluetooth MIDI devices. The MINI-PAD may appear as "SINCO" or a similar identifier.
  4. Select the MINI-PAD to pair. Once paired, it will function as a wireless MIDI input.

3.4. Software and DAW Compatibility

The MINI-PAD is compatible with all major Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) and supports various music software. It offers pre-configured templates for popular DAWs such as Ableton Live, FL Studio, and Logic Pro for one-click mapping. For advanced customization, download the "Midi Suite" application from the M-VAVE website or by scanning the QR code on the back of the device.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Using the Pads

The 16 RGB back-lit pads are velocity-sensitive and support aftertouch, allowing for expressive performance. The pads respond to the force of your strike, enabling dynamic control over your sounds. They can be configured to trigger notes, control MIDI Continuous Controllers (CCs), or send Program Change messages.

4.2. Presets
