4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

The remote control requires two (2) 1.5V AAA batteries (not included). Follow these steps to install the batteries:

  1. Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote control.
  2. Slide the cover downwards or press the latch (if present) to open the compartment.
  3. Insert two 1.5V AAA batteries, ensuring the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals align correctly with the markings inside the compartment.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover by sliding it back into place until it clicks securely.

Important: Ensure correct battery polarity. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types of batteries.

5. Operating Instructions

Once batteries are installed, the remote control is ready for use. Point the remote directly at your Valuxhome Fireplace Heater and press the desired function button.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
