6. Maintenance

7. Troubleshooting

This section addresses common issues you might encounter. For problems not listed here, please contact customer support.

7.1 Unit Not Powering On

  • Check if the power adapter is securely connected to both the unit and a working power outlet.
  • If using a battery, ensure it is fully charged and properly installed.
  • Verify that the power outlet is functional by plugging in another device.

7.2 Insufficient Cooling/Heating

  • Ensure air intake and exhaust vents are not blocked.
  • Check if the air filters are clean. Clogged filters can restrict airflow.
  • Verify that the unit is in the correct operating mode (Cool or Heat).
  • Confirm that the set temperature is appropriate for the desired effect.
  • In very large or uninsulated spaces, the unit's effectiveness may be reduced. Consider directing airflow directly to the user.

7.3 Water Leakage

  • Ensure the drainage pipe is securely connected and free of kinks or blockages.
  • Verify that the drainage pipe is directed downwards to allow for proper water flow.
