4. Device Components and Setup
4.1. Component Identification
Familiarize yourself with the main parts of the KOPUO R61:
- Digital LED Display: Shows battery level, air pressure, and operating modes.
- Power Button: Turns the device on/off and cycles through LED light modes.
- Mode Button (M): Selects inflation pressure units (PSI, BAR, KPA) or preset modes.
- +/- Buttons: Adjusts target air pressure.
- Jump Start Port: For connecting smart jump cables.
- Air Hose Port: For connecting the air hose.
- USB Output Ports: For charging external devices.
- USB Type-C Input Port: For charging the R61 device.
- LED Flashlight: Integrated light for illumination.

4.2. Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the KOPUO R61. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the device's input port and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The digital display will indicate the charging status. A full charge typically takes several hours.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
- Ensure the KOPUO R61 is fully charged (at least 75% battery recommended).
- Turn off the vehicle's ignition and all accessories.
- Connect the red clamp of the smart jump cables to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Connect the black clamp of the smart jump cables to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Plug the smart jump cable connector into the jump start port on the KOPUO R61.
- Wait for the indicator light on the smart cable to turn solid green (or follow specific instructions on the smart cable).
- Start the vehicle's engine.
- Once the engine starts, immediately disconnect the smart jump cable from the KOPUO R61, then remove the black clamp from the vehicle battery, followed by the red clamp.
Important: Do not crank the engine for more than 3 seconds. If the engine does not start, wait at least 30 seconds before attempting again.
5.2. Using the Air Compressor
- Connect the air hose to the air hose port on the KOPUO R61.
- Attach the appropriate valve adapter to the air hose and then to the tire valve or inflatable item.
- Turn on the KOPUO R61. The digital display will show the current pressure.
- Press the 'M' button to cycle through pressure units (PSI, BAR, KPA) or to select a preset inflation mode (car, motorcycle, bicycle, ball).
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired target pressure.
- Press the power button (or designated start button for compressor) to begin inflation. The compressor will automatically stop once the target pressure is reached.
- Disconnect the air hose from the item and the device.

5.3. Using as a Power Bank
Connect your USB-powered devices (e.g., smartphone, tablet) to the USB output ports on the KOPUO R61 using their respective charging cables. The device will automatically begin charging. The digital display may show the remaining battery capacity.
5.4. Using the LED Light
To activate the LED light, long-press the power button. Short-press the power button to cycle through different modes: constant light, strobe, and SOS signal. Long-press again to turn off the light.
