2. Setup

3.1 Taking a Measurement

For a full body composition analysis:

  1. Step on Scale: With bare feet, step onto the four electrode pads on the scale surface. Ensure your feet are evenly placed on the electrodes.
  2. Hold Handle: Grasp the retractable handle. Place your thumbs completely over the thumb electrodes and your other fingers completely over the remaining electrodes. Do not loosen or move your fingers during the measurement.
  3. Lift Arms: Lift your arms to create approximately a 45-degree angle to your body. Keep your arms steady and ensure they do not touch your torso during the measurement.
  4. Wait for Reading: Remain still until the measurement is complete and the data is displayed on the scale's handle screen and synchronized with the Fitdays app.
