This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your ANNKE 4MP 2K Wireless Security Camera System. This system includes two 4MP 2K wireless dome cameras, a 5MP Home Hub, and solar panels for continuous power. It features PIR human detection, 360° pan and tilt capabilities, color night vision, and local storage without monthly fees.

3. Setup Guide
3.1 Powering the Home Hub
- Connect the provided power adapter to the 5MP Home Hub.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet. The Home Hub will power on automatically.
3.2 Turning on the Cameras
- Locate the power switch on each 4MP/2K Solar Battery Camera.
- Slide the switch to the 'ON' position to power on the camera.
3.3 App Installation and Configuration
Download the 'Annke Sight' application from your device's app store (iOS or Android).
- Open the Annke Sight App and create an account or log in.
- Tap 'Add smart device' or the '+' icon to begin adding your system.
- The app will search for nearby devices via Bluetooth. Select your Home Hub from the list.
- Choose your preferred connection method:
a. Network Cable Connection: Recommended for environments where the Home Hub is close to the router. Connect the Home Hub to your router using the provided network cable.
b. Wi-Fi Connection: Recommended for environments where the Home Hub is further from the router. Select your 2.4GHz or 5GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. - Follow the on-screen prompts to configure the device. This process may take 1-2 minutes.
- Once connected, you will be prompted to name your device (optional).

3.4 Camera and Solar Panel Mounting
The cameras and solar panels are designed for outdoor use and wall mounting. Use the provided positioning stickers and screw packs for installation.
- Choose a Location: Select a mounting location that provides optimal camera view and sufficient sunlight exposure for the solar panel. The 360° adjustable bracket for the solar panel allows for maximum sun exposure.
- Mounting the Solar Panel: Use the solar panel bracket and screws to securely attach the solar panel to a wall or suitable surface. Ensure it is positioned to receive direct sunlight.
- Mounting the Camera: Use the camera bracket and screws to securely attach the camera to a wall. The camera features 360° pan and tilt for flexible positioning.
- Connect Solar Panel to Camera: Connect the solar panel's cable to the camera's power input.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Live View and Playback
Access the Annke Sight App to view live footage from your cameras. The app allows for smart playback with date-sorted videos for quick retrieval from the 64GB microSD card (expandable up to 512GB).

4.2 Pan & Tilt Control
Utilize the 360° pan and tilt function through the Annke Sight App to adjust the camera's viewing angle remotely. This allows for comprehensive coverage of your property.
4.3 Night Vision Modes
The cameras offer two night vision modes:
- Color Night Vision: Activated by the built-in spotlight, providing full-color video even in low-light conditions.
- IR Night Vision: Provides clear black and white footage up to 15 meters using infrared LEDs.

4.4 Smart AI Detection & Alerts

5.1 Solar Panel Care
Regularly clean the surface of the solar panels to ensure maximum efficiency. Dust, dirt, or debris can reduce their ability to charge the camera's battery.
5.2 Weather Resistance
The cameras are IP65 weatherproof, designed to withstand various outdoor conditions, including rain and extreme temperatures (-20°C/-4°F to 60°C/140°F). Ensure all covers and seals are properly secured after installation or maintenance.

6. Troubleshooting
- No Power to Camera: Ensure the solar panel is receiving adequate sunlight and is properly connected. Check the camera's power switch is in the 'ON' position.
- No Power to Home Hub: Verify the power adapter is securely connected to the Home Hub and the electrical outlet.
- Cannot Connect to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi network (2.4GHz or 5GHz) is active and you have entered the correct password. Try moving the Home Hub closer to your router.
- Poor Video Quality: Check your internet connection speed. Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions.
- False Alarms: Adjust the PIR human detection sensitivity settings in the Annke Sight App to reduce triggers from pets or environmental factors.
- Night Vision Issues: Ensure the camera's spotlight or IR LEDs are not obstructed. Check settings in the app to confirm night vision mode is enabled.
- Two-Way Audio Not Working: Verify microphone and speaker permissions are granted to the Annke Sight App on your smartphone. Check camera settings for audio options.
