Operating Instructions
Understanding Hall Effect Switches:
The MCHOSE Jet 75 utilizes Hall Effect magnetic switches, which detect key presses based on magnetic fields rather than physical contact. This allows for highly precise and customizable actuation points, as well as rapid trigger functionality.

Adjustable Actuation:
The actuation point, the distance a key needs to travel to register a press, can be adjusted from 0.1mm to 4.0mm. A shorter actuation point (e.g., 0.1mm) provides faster response times, ideal for competitive gaming. A longer actuation point (e.g., 4.0mm) can help prevent accidental key presses.

Image: Diagram explaining adjustable actuation, showing a switch component and a ruler indicating actuation range from 0.1mm to 3.4mm.
Rapid Trigger Functionality:
Rapid Trigger eliminates the need for a fixed reset point. A key deactivates as soon as it begins to rise, allowing for extremely fast repeated inputs. This is particularly beneficial for movements like strafing or rapid-fire actions in games.

Dynamic Keystroke Features (DKS, MT, TGL, SOCD, RS):
- DKS (Dynamic Keystroke): Allows different actions to be assigned based on how far a key is pressed.
- MT (Macro Tap): Enables macro execution with a single tap.
- TGL (Toggle): Toggles a function on/off with a key press.
- SOCD (Simultaneous Opposite Cardinal Directions): Resolves conflicting directional inputs (e.g., pressing left and right simultaneously) for fighting games or movement.
- RS (Rappy Snappy): Monitors multiple keys and activates the one pressed furthest, useful for advanced movement techniques.
These features are configurable via the M HUB software.
Maintenance
Cleaning the Keyboard:
- General Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe down the keyboard surface.
- Keycap Cleaning: For deeper cleaning, use the provided keycap puller to carefully remove keycaps. Clean them with a mild soap solution and water, then ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Under Keycaps: Use compressed air to remove dust and debris from underneath the keycaps and around the switches.
- Avoid Liquids: Do not spray cleaning solutions directly onto the keyboard. Apply to a cloth first.

Switch Replacement:
The MCHOSE Jet 75 features hot-swappable switches. If a switch becomes faulty, you can replace it using the provided spare switches or compatible Kailh Magnetic God switches.
- Carefully remove the keycap of the faulty switch using the keycap puller.
- Use a switch puller (not included, but commonly available) to gently pull the switch straight up from the PCB.
- Align the pins of the new switch with the holes on the PCB and press it firmly into place until it clicks.
- Reattach the keycap.
Troubleshooting
- Keyboard Not Responding:
- Ensure the USB Type-C cable is securely connected to both the keyboard and the PC.
- Try connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your PC.
- Restart your computer.
- Test the keyboard on another computer if possible to rule out PC-specific issues.
- Keys Not Registering or Double-Typing:
- Check for any debris under the affected keycap. Clean as per the Maintenance section.
- If a specific switch is faulty, consider replacing it (refer to Switch Replacement).
- Ensure the M HUB software is up to date and try recalibrating the switches if an option is available.
- RGB Lighting Not Working:
- Verify RGB settings within the M HUB software.
- Ensure no software conflicts are present (e.g., other RGB control software).
- Software (M HUB) Issues:
- Ensure you have downloaded the correct version of M HUB for your operating system.
- Try reinstalling the M HUB software.
- Check the MCHOSE website for FAQs or support resources related to the software.
