Setup Guide

1. Charging the Devices

Before first use, fully charge both the remote control and the collar receiver. Use the provided Type-C cable. The remote lasts up to 45 days, and the collar receiver lasts 25 days on a full charge.

2. Fitting the Collar

Ensure the collar fits snugly but comfortably around your dog's neck. It should be tight enough for the contact points to touch the skin, but not so tight as to restrict breathing or cause discomfort. The adjustable strap accommodates dogs from 5 to 120 lbs.

Note: Do not install stimulation accessories if not using the stimulation function. Keep the collar as dry as possible to maintain your dog's comfort.

3. Pairing the Collar and Remote

The collar and remote are typically pre-paired in the package. If re-pairing is needed, or if you are pairing additional collars (up to 6 dogs supported), follow these steps:

  1. On the remote, press the dog selection button to choose the desired collar number (1-6).
  2. Hold the "ON/OFF" button on the collar receiver for 3 seconds until the red and green lights flash alternately.
  3. While the collar lights are flashing, press the Tone and Vibration buttons together on the remote to pair.

Switching Between Dogs

To switch between different paired collars (dogs), simply click the dog selection button on the side of the remote. The display will show the current dog channel.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the remote and the receiver with a damp cloth.
  • Water Exposure: The collar receiver is IP67 waterproof, allowing it to be submerged. However, the remote is not waterproof; keep it away from water.
  • Storage: Store the collar in a dry place when not in use to ensure longevity and your dog's comfort.
