3. Setup and Initial Use
3.1 Charging the Device

3.2 Preparing for Brewing

- Fill with Coffee:
- For Ground Coffee: Fill the ground coffee adapter with up to 12g of finely ground coffee. Tamp lightly for optimal extraction.
- For NS Capsules: Insert one NS capsule into the capsule adapter.
- Assemble: Securely attach the selected coffee chamber to the main unit.
- Fill Water Tank: Unscrew the top lid and fill the water tank with clean water. The maximum capacity is approximately 80ml (2.7 ounces). For hot extraction, cold water can be used as the device has self-heating. For direct brew, use pre-heated hot water.
- Close Lid: Securely close the top lid of the water tank.

4. Operating Instructions
The AMZCHEF Portable Coffee Maker offers two brewing modes: Hot Extraction (with self-heating) and Direct Brew (using pre-heated water).

4.1 Brewing Process
- Place on Cup: Place the assembled coffee maker directly onto your coffee cup. The self-standing base is designed for stability.
- Select Mode:
- For Hot Extraction (Self-Heating): Press the button with the heating icon (usually a wavy steam icon). The device will heat the cold water to 198°F (92°C) in approximately 200 seconds, then begin extraction.
- For Direct Brew (Pre-heated Water): If you have already filled the tank with hot water, press the button with the snowflake icon (cold extraction/direct brew). The device will immediately begin extraction.
- Monitor Display: The LCD display will show the current water temperature and battery level.
- Extraction: The device will automatically extract the coffee at 20 Bar pressure.
- Completion: Once brewing is complete, the device will beep 4 times, and the LCD will display "End". Remove the coffee maker from your cup and enjoy your espresso.

4.2 Battery Performance
The 9000mAh battery provides significant usage time. With cold water at 77°F, it can produce more than 6 hot shots (40ml each). If using pre-heated hot water, it can deliver over 200 shots per full charge.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your coffee maker. The device is not dishwasher safe.
