2. Important Safety Instructions
- Read all instructions before using the appliance.

5. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
- Clean: Wash the inner pot, soup ladle, and mesh strainer with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the main unit on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Insert Inner Pot: Place the cleaned inner pot securely into the main unit.

6. Operating Instructions
Cooking Tapioca Pearls / Sago:
- Add Water: Pour 2500 ml of cold water into the inner pot.
- Start Boiling: Press the "Function" button on the touchscreen display until the "Boiled Pearl/Sago" indicator light flashes. Then, press "Start".
- Add Pearls: After the water boils and the machine beeps, open the lid and carefully pour 1 kg of boba pearls (or sago) into the pot. Stir a few times with the provided ladle to prevent sticking.
- Cook & Braise: Close the lid. The cooker will automatically proceed with the "Boiled" and "Braised" processes.
- Completion: After the cooking and braising cycles are complete, the machine will automatically stop and a buzzer will sound, indicating the pearls are ready.
- Rinse & Serve: Carefully remove the cooked pearls using the mesh strainer. Rinse them with cold water to remove excess starch. Return the pearls to the pot and pour 350-500g of syrup over them. Select "Heat Preservation" to keep them warm and ready to serve.
