4. Sensor Installation and Pairing
Install door/window sensors on frames and PIR motion detectors in strategic areas. Refer to the individual sensor manuals for specific mounting instructions. Pair each sensor with the main host via the Tuya App or directly through the keypad's pairing mode. Ensure sensors are within range of the host.

Alert Notifications
Upon detection of an event (e.g., unauthorized entry, motion), the system will trigger an audible alarm. Additionally, you will receive instant push notifications via the Tuya App and, if a 4G SIM card is installed, SMS alerts and phone calls to pre-configured numbers.
Maintenance
Battery Management
The main host unit includes a built-in rechargeable battery. The system will provide a low battery alert when the charge is critical. Ensure the host remains connected to power for optimal performance and to keep the backup battery charged. Wireless sensors are powered by replaceable batteries; replace them promptly when low battery indicators appear.
General Care
Keep all components clean and free from dust. Avoid exposing the devices to extreme temperatures or moisture. Regularly test your system to ensure all sensors are functioning correctly.
Troubleshooting
- System Not Responding: Check power connection and ensure the built-in battery is charged.
- Sensor Not Triggering: Verify sensor battery levels and ensure proper placement. Re-pair the sensor if necessary.
- No App Notifications: Check your phone's notification settings for the Tuya App. Ensure the host is connected to WiFi.
- No 4G/GSM Alerts: Verify the SIM card is correctly inserted, active, and has sufficient credit/data. Check network signal strength.
- Voice Control Issues: Ensure the system is correctly linked to Alexa or Google Assistant accounts and that voice commands are phrased correctly.
