2. Safety Instructions

4. Assembly & Setup

Follow these steps to assemble your vacuum cleaner and prepare it for first use.

4.1 Initial Assembly

1. Attach the Conductive Tube: Insert the conductive tube (extension wand) into the main motor block until it clicks securely into place.
2. Attach the Motorized Brush: Connect the motorized brush (floor head) to the other end of the conductive tube, ensuring it clicks firmly.
3. Install the Battery: Slide the battery pack into the slot on the main motor block until it locks.

4.2 Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the battery. The battery can be charged while attached to the vacuum or separately.

• Wall-Mounted Charging: Install the wall support in a convenient location. Hang the vacuum on the wall support, ensuring the charging port aligns with the charger. Connect the charger to a power outlet.
• Removable Battery Charging: Detach the battery from the main unit. Connect the charger directly to the battery pack. Plug the charger into a power outlet.

The touchscreen display will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours. The battery provides up to 75 minutes of runtime in Eco mode.

5.2 Interactive LED Touchscreen Dashboard

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your Coovy SU7.

6.1 Dust Cup Emptying

Empty the 1.3L dust cup regularly to maintain strong suction power. The dust cup features a one-click emptying mechanism for hygienic disposal.

1. Hold the main unit over a trash bin.
2. Press the dust cup release button to open the bottom flap and empty contents.
3. Close the flap securely until it clicks.

6.2 Filter Cleaning and Replacement

The Coovy SU7 features a 6-stage HEPA filtration system that captures 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. Clean filters regularly to prevent loss of suction.

1. Twist and pull to remove the filter assembly from the dust cup.
2. Separate the HEPA filter and the metal mesh filter.
3. Tap off loose dirt. Rinse both filters under cold running water until the water runs clear.
4. Allow filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling and placing back into the vacuum. Do not use a dryer or other heating device.
5. Replace HEPA filters every 3-6 months, or as needed, to maintain optimal filtration. Two HEPA filters are included in the package.

6.3 Brush Roll Cleaning

The V-shaped anti-tangle brush is designed to minimize hair wrap, but occasional cleaning may be necessary.

1. Turn off the vacuum and detach the motorized brush from the extension wand.
2. Locate the brush roll release tab/lock on the side of the brush head. Unlock and remove the brush roll.
3. Use scissors or the included mini cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair or debris from the brush roll.
4. Clean the brush roll housing if necessary.
5. Reinsert the brush roll and lock it into place.
