1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Auveach F19-L Automatic Pet Food Dispenser. This device is designed to provide scheduled meals for your pets, accommodating both wet and dry food. It features a programmable timer for up to six meals a day, includes ice packs to maintain food freshness, and incorporates safety features to protect your pet. 2. Setup

2.1 Unpacking and Components

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts are present:

  • Main Dispenser Unit
  • Food Tray (ABS or Stainless Steel)
  • Lid
  • 2 Ice Packs

2.2 Battery Installation

The dispenser operates wirelessly using 3 AA batteries (not included). Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the unit. Insert 3 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity. With typical usage (3 meals per day), the batteries can last approximately 180 days.

2.3 Tray and Ice Pack Placement

  1. Place the two included ice packs into the designated slots at the bottom of the main unit. These help keep wet food fresh for extended periods.
  2. Carefully place the food tray (ABS or stainless steel) into the main unit, aligning it properly.

2.4 Filling Food Compartments

The dispenser features six compartments, each with a capacity of 200ml. It is suitable for various types of pet food, including dry kibble, wet food, freeze-dried, and canned food. Fill each compartment with the desired portion for your pet's scheduled meals.

3. Operating Instructions

3.1 LED Touch Panel Overview

The dispenser features an intuitive LED touch panel for programming. The panel allows you to set the current time and schedule up to six meals per day.

3.2 Setting the Current Time

Refer to the on-screen prompts or the detailed instructions in the quick start guide for setting the current time. The dispenser supports both 12-hour and 24-hour formats.

3.3 Programming Feeding Schedule

You can program up to six meals per day at regular intervals. Use the touch panel to set the desired time for each meal. Once a meal is programmed for a day, the dispenser's time memory function allows it to operate continuously for up to six days without needing to re-program, ensuring your pet's nutritional balance even when you are away for short periods.

3.4 Pet-Friendly Design and Lid Lock

The dispenser incorporates active recognition technology to prevent pets from getting their paws caught. It stops rotation immediately if an obstruction is detected, ensuring your pet's safety. The top cover of the control panel is also lockable to prevent intelligent pets from accidentally opening the lid or altering meal times.

4. Maintenance and Cleaning

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Common Issues and Solutions

  • E1 Fault: This error typically indicates that the tray is full or obstructed. Check all compartments for overfilling or foreign objects blocking the rotation mechanism. Clear any obstructions and ensure the tray is properly seated.
  • Feeder Not Rotating:
    • Check battery levels and replace if necessary.
    • Remove the batteries for 5 minutes, then reinsert them to reset the device.
    • Ensure there are no physical blockages preventing the tray from rotating.
  • Pet Opening Lid: Ensure the lid is securely locked. The dispenser is designed with a locking mechanism to prevent pets from accessing food outside of scheduled times.
