Setup

Initial Connection

  1. Connect to Display: Use the provided HDMI cable to connect the Mini PC to your monitor or TV. You can also use the DisplayPort or Type-C port for additional displays.
  2. Connect Peripherals: Plug in your keyboard, mouse, and any other USB devices into the available USB ports.
  3. Connect Power: Connect the US Power Adapter to the "Power In" port on the Mini PC, then plug the adapter into a power outlet.
  4. Power On: Press the Power Button located on the front of the Mini PC. The power indicator light will illuminate.

VESA Mount Installation

The Bmax Mini PC B7A Pro comes with a VESA mount, allowing you to attach it to the back of a compatible monitor or to a wall, saving desk space.

  1. Attach the VESA mount bracket to the back of your monitor using the provided screws, aligning with the VESA mounting holes.
  2. Slide the Mini PC onto the VESA mount until it clicks securely into place.

Operating Instructions

First Boot and Operating System Setup

The Bmax Mini PC B7A Pro comes with a pre-installed operating system. On the first boot, you will be guided through the initial setup process, which typically includes:

  • Region and language selection.
  • Keyboard layout configuration.
  • Network connection (WiFi or Ethernet).
  • User account creation.

Triple Display Setup

The Mini PC supports connecting up to three displays simultaneously for enhanced productivity.

Connect your monitors to the HDMI, DisplayPort (DP), and Type-C ports. Once connected, you can configure the display settings within your operating system (e.g., Extend, Duplicate, or Show only on one display).

Smart Recovery Feature

The Bmax Mini PC B7A Pro includes a Smart Recovery feature to help restore your system to factory settings in case of OS issues or slow performance.

To access Smart Recovery:

  1. Ensure the Mini PC is powered off.
  2. Press the "Clear CMOS" button (often a small pinhole button) or refer to the on-screen instructions during boot to enter the recovery environment.
  3. Follow the prompts to perform a "Factory Reset" if needed. Note: A factory reset will erase all data on the system drive. Back up important files before proceeding.
