Storage

Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the protective flap for the charging port is securely closed to maintain its waterproof and dustproof rating.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your ULT Field 3 speaker, refer to the following common solutions:

  • No Power: Ensure the speaker is charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB Type-C cable.
  • No Sound: Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the speaker is properly paired via Bluetooth.
  • Bluetooth Connection Issues: Turn off and on the Bluetooth function on your device and the speaker. Try unpairing and re-pairing the speaker. Ensure the speaker is within the effective Bluetooth range (approximately 10 meters or 33 feet).
  • Poor Sound Quality: Ensure there are no obstructions between the speaker and the connected device. Try moving the speaker closer to the device. Adjust the equalizer settings via the Sony Sound Connect app.
