1. Product Overview

The TOOLCRAFT USC-650 is a powerful ultrasonic cleaner designed for reliable removal of dirt and incrustations from various objects. Utilizing implosive cavitation bubbles, it effectively cleans even hard-to-reach areas. Its robust and durable 6.5-liter stainless steel tank, equipped with a drain tap and a removable basket, makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, including mechanical parts, tools, surgical instruments, dentures, print heads, jewelry, and glasses.

5. Setup

  1. Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the ultrasonic cleaner and all accessories from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Choose a Location: Place the unit on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit and that it is away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
  3. Fill the Tank: Open the lid and fill the stainless steel tank with an appropriate cleaning solution or distilled water. Ensure the liquid level is between the "MIN" and "MAX" marks, and always above 2/3 of the tank capacity. Do not overfill.
  4. Place Items in Basket: Place the items to be cleaned into the cleaning basket. Avoid overcrowding the basket. Lower the basket gently into the tank. Ensure items are fully submerged but not touching the bottom of the tank directly.
  5. Close the Lid: Place the lid securely on the tank.
  6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into the unit's power inlet, then plug the other end into a grounded electrical outlet.

6. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Ensure the unit is properly set up and plugged in.
  2. Set Temperature (Optional): If heating is desired, turn the "HEATING" knob (left knob) clockwise to set the desired temperature between 30°C and 80°C. The "HEATING" indicator light will illuminate. The heater will turn off automatically once the set temperature is reached.
  3. Set Cleaning Time: Turn the "ULTRASONIC" knob (right knob) clockwise to set the desired cleaning time between 0 and 30 minutes. The "ULTRASONIC" indicator light will illuminate, and the ultrasonic cleaning process will begin.
  4. Monitor Cleaning: Allow the unit to operate for the set duration. The ultrasonic action will generate a gentle humming sound.
  5. End of Cycle: Once the set time has elapsed, the ultrasonic cleaning will automatically stop, and the "ULTRASONIC" indicator light will turn off. If heating was active, it will continue until manually turned off or the temperature drops below the set point.
  6. Remove Items: Carefully open the lid. Using the basket, lift the cleaned items out of the tank. Rinse the items under clean water if necessary and dry them thoroughly.
  7. Power Off: Turn both the "HEATING" and "ULTRASONIC" knobs to the "OFF" position. Unplug the unit from the power outlet.
