Controls and Ports:

  • Power Button: Press and hold to power on/off. Short press to control RGB lights.
  • Mode Button: Short press to switch between Bluetooth, TF Card, and Aux-in modes.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Speaker

  1. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light will change or turn off depending on the model.
  4. A full charge provides approximately 24 hours of playtime at 50% volume.

4.2 Power On/Off

  • To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the indicator light turns on.
  • To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for 2-3 seconds until you hear an audible prompt and the indicator light turns off.

4.3 Bluetooth Pairing

The Vanzon V40 uses Bluetooth 5.0 for stable connections up to 66 feet.

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicator light will flash blue). If not, short press the Mode button to switch to Bluetooth mode.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Vanzon V40" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound, and the indicator light will turn solid blue.

4.4 TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Dual Pairing

  1. Ensure both Vanzon V40 speakers are powered on and not connected to any Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker (this will be the primary speaker), double-press the Play/Pause button. You will hear a prompt indicating it's searching for another speaker.
  3. The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. You will hear a confirmation sound once TWS pairing is successful.
  4. Now, connect your device to the primary speaker via Bluetooth as described in section 4.3. Both speakers will play audio simultaneously.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Music Controls

  • Play/Pause: Short press the Play/Pause button.
  • Volume Up: Short press the '+' button.
  • Volume Down: Short press the '-' button.
  • Next Track: Press and hold the '+' button.
  • Previous Track: Press and hold the '-' button.

5.2 Mode Switching

Short press the Mode button to cycle through available input modes:

  • Bluetooth Mode: For wireless connection to your device.
  • TF Card Mode: For playing music directly from a Micro SD card.
  • Aux-in Mode: For wired connection to external audio sources using a 3.5mm audio cable.

5.3 RGB Light Control

The Vanzon V40 features rhythmic RGB lights. Short press the Power button to cycle through different light modes or turn the lights off.

6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Water Exposure: While IPX7 waterproof, avoid prolonged submersion. Ensure charging port cover is securely closed before exposure to water.
  • Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, fully charge the speaker before first use and recharge it at least once every three months if not used regularly.

7. Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible Solution
Speaker does not power on.Ensure the speaker is fully charged. Press and hold the Power button for a longer duration (5 seconds).
Cannot pair via Bluetooth.Make sure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing blue light). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Ensure the speaker is not connected to another device. Move speaker closer to your device.
No sound.Check volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device. Ensure the correct input mode is selected (Bluetooth, Aux, TF Card). If using Aux-in, check the cable connection.
TWS pairing fails.Ensure both speakers are not connected to any other Bluetooth device. Make sure both speakers are Vanzon V40 models. Try resetting both speakers and repeating the TWS pairing steps.
Poor sound quality.Move the speaker closer to your device to reduce interference. Ensure there are no obstructions between the speaker and the device. Check the audio source quality.
