3.2 Remote Control

The remote control features a large 12.5cm LED screen for real-time FPV viewing. It includes intuitive joysticks for flight control and dedicated buttons for various functions such as one-key take-off/landing, speed adjustment, and special maneuvers.

4. Setup Guide

4.1 Battery Installation and Charging

  1. Ensure the drone and remote control are powered off.
  2. Insert the fully charged Lithium Ion batteries (1000 mAh each) into the drone's battery compartment. Ensure they click into place securely.
  3. To charge the batteries, connect the Micro-USB cable to the battery and a suitable USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter). The charging indicator will show charging status.
  4. Charge the remote control's internal battery using the Micro-USB cable if applicable (refer to remote control specific instructions).

4.2 Propeller Installation (if necessary)

The S156 drone comes with pre-installed propellers. If you need to replace them:

  1. Identify the correct propeller for each motor (marked A or B).

5.2 Take-off and Landing

  • One-Key Landing: Press the one-key landing button. The drone will automatically descend and land gently.
  • Manual Landing: Slowly pull the left joystick (throttle) downwards until the drone lands.

  • Left Joystick (Throttle/Yaw): Up/Down controls altitude. Left/Right controls rotation (yaw).
  • Right Joystick (Pitch/Roll): Up/Down controls forward/backward movement (pitch). Left/Right controls left/right sideward movement (roll).
  • Speed Adjustment: Use the speed button on the remote to cycle through different flight speeds (e.g., low, medium, high) for varying skill levels and conditions.
