To maintain the performance and appearance of your lock, wipe the surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish or electronic components.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Lock Not Responding: Check the battery level. If the battery is low or drained, replace the AA batteries or use the Type-C emergency charging port.
  • App Connection Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and that the app is properly paired with both lock components. Restarting the app or your phone may resolve temporary connection problems.
  • Fingerprint/Passcode/RFID Card Not Working: Verify that the fingerprint, passcode, or RFID card is correctly registered in the app. Ensure your finger is clean and dry when using the fingerprint sensor. Re-registering the access method might be necessary.
  • Lock Mechanism Sticking: Ensure there are no obstructions preventing the lock mechanism from moving freely. Check the alignment of the main lock body and the buckle.
  • Lock Automatically Opens: This is a safety feature indicating critically low battery. Replace the batteries immediately.
