1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective use of your FODEXAZY 1000W Cold Spark Machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the device and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

Important Safety Warnings:

• The sprayed pyrotechnics must not touch any object.
• Always cover the inlet plug when the machine is working.
• It is strictly prohibited to block or cover the spraying port.
• Do not block or wrap the air inlet and outlet to prevent overheating, which can lead to machine damage.
• The machine should be kept away from flammable materials.
• Maintain a safe distance of more than 3 meters from the crowd during operation.
• Non-professionals are prohibited from dismantling the machine for maintenance.
• The machine features an integrated anti-tilt protection function that automatically detects tilt and stops operation.
• Automatic shutdown occurs after 90 seconds of continuous spraying. To continue, resend the command.

4. Specifications

5. Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the machine and all accessories from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
2. Placement: Place the machine on a stable, level surface, ensuring it is at least 3 meters away from flammable materials and audience. The four-corner plastic base provides stability.
3. Add Powder: Open the powder inlet on top of the machine. Carefully pour the composite titanium powder (consumable material, not included) into the hopper. Close the inlet plug securely.

4. Power Connection: Connect the power cable to the "POWER IN" port on the machine and then to a suitable power outlet (110V-220V 50/60HZ).

5. DMX Connection (Optional): If using DMX control, connect your DMX controller to the "DMX IN" port. Use the "DMX OUT" port to daisy-chain multiple machines.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: Flip the main power switch to the "ON" position. The LCD screen will illuminate.
2. Preheating: Press the MENU button until you find the "HEAT ON" option, then press ENTER to start heating. The "HEAT" indicator light will flash. The machine requires approximately 4 minutes to preheat. Once the operating temperature is reached, the "READY" indicator light will remain solid.

3. Adjusting Settings (LCD Display): Use the MENU, UP, DOWN, and ENTER buttons on the control panel to navigate through settings such as DMX address, spark height, and other functions.
4. Wireless Remote Control Operation:
   • Ensure the machine is ready (READY light solid).
   • Use the remote control to select the desired spark height (Gears 1-4, corresponding to 2.5m to 5.5m).
   • Press the corresponding button on the remote to activate the spark effect. The remote has a range of 15 meters and a 30-second autonomy for continuous spraying.

5. DMX Control Operation:
   • Set the DMX address on the machine using the LCD display.
   • Connect the machine to your DMX controller.
   • Control the spark effect and height via your DMX console. The DMX control offers 90-second autonomy for continuous spraying.
6. Automatic Shutdown: The machine will automatically stop spraying after 90 seconds of continuous operation. To resume, resend the command via remote or DMX.

7. Maintenance

• Automatic Cleaning: The machine features an automatic cleaning function. After use, allow the machine to run for a few tens of seconds at minimum output to clear any remaining powder.
• Filter Cleaning: The removable filters should be regularly inspected and cleaned to ensure optimal airflow and prevent overheating.
• General Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: Store the machine in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use.
• Professional Service: Do not attempt to dismantle or repair the machine yourself. Refer to qualified service personnel for any repairs. Quick-access repair ports are available for authorized technicians.
