5. Setup and Installation

5.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Verify that the ceiling junction box is securely mounted and rated for ceiling fan support.
- Ensure you have all necessary tools (screwdriver, wire strippers, ladder, etc.).
- Turn off power at the main circuit breaker before starting any electrical work.
5.2 Mounting the Fan
Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling junction box. Secure the fan motor assembly to the mounting bracket. Connect the electrical wiring according to the provided wiring diagram in the installation guide. Install the fan blades and the light kit.

6. Operating Instructions
Your ocioc ceiling fan is operated using the included remote control.
6.1 Remote Control Functions

- Power On/Off: Press the ON/OFF button to turn the fan and light on or off.
- Fan Speed Control: Use the speed buttons (1-6) to select your desired fan speed. There are 6 levels, from soft wind (1-2) to strong cooling wind (5-6).
- Light Control:
- Color Temperature Adjustment: Press the light button to cycle through 3 color temperatures: 3000K (Warm Light), 4000K (Natural Light), and 6500K (Cool White).
- Brightness Dimming: Hold the light button to adjust the brightness from 10% to 100%.
- Timer Function: Press the 1H, 2H, or 4H button to set the fan to turn off automatically after 1, 2, or 4 hours, respectively.
- Reversible Motor: Press the Reverse button to change the direction of the fan blades.
- Summer Mode (Counter-clockwise): Creates a downward airflow for a cooling effect.
- Winter Mode (Clockwise): Creates an upward airflow to circulate warm air, balancing indoor heating.
- Memory Function: The fan remembers your last light color temperature setting. To save a specific color temperature, maintain it for 7 seconds, then turn off the light for another 7 seconds. The setting will be saved for future use.
