1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the ROPVACNIC S1 Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo. This device is designed to provide an efficient and automated cleaning experience for your home, combining powerful vacuuming with intelligent mopping capabilities. Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and to maximize the lifespan of your robot vacuum.

2. Safety Information

To reduce the risk of injury or damage, read these safety instructions carefully and keep them handy for future reference.

  • This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
  • Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
  • Only use the original power adapter provided by the manufacturer.
  • Do not use the robot in environments with open flames or flammable materials.
  • Ensure the robot is not exposed to water or other liquids.
  • Before cleaning, remove any loose cables, small objects, or fragile items from the floor.
  • Do not operate the robot on elevated surfaces without barriers.

4. Product Overview

Top View

The top panel features the power/clean button and indicator lights for Wi-Fi and battery status.

Bottom View

The underside includes the main wheels, side brushes, charging contacts, cliff sensors, and the dust bin/water tank compartment.

Dust Bin & Water Tank

The integrated dust bin and electrically controlled water tank are located at the rear of the robot, designed for easy removal and cleaning.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging Base Placement

Place the charging base against a wall in an open, uncluttered area. Ensure there is at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on either side and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front of the charging base. Connect the power adapter to the charging base and plug it into a wall outlet.

5.2 Initial Charging

Place the robot onto the charging base, ensuring the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the base. The robot will automatically begin charging. For first-time use, fully charge the robot for at least 6 hours.

5.3 Attaching Side Brushes

Press the side brushes onto the square posts at the bottom of the robot until they click into place. Ensure the brushes are securely attached.

5.4 Filling Water Tank (for Mopping)

Open the water tank cover, fill the tank with clean water. Close the cover securely. Attach the mopping cloth to the mop pad holder and slide the holder into the designated slot on the water tank. Insert the combined water tank and mop pad assembly into the robot until it clicks.

5.5 App Installation & Connection

Download the ROPVACNIC app from your smartphone's app store (compatible with iOS and Android). Follow the in-app instructions to connect your robot vacuum to your home Wi-Fi network. This will enable advanced features like scheduling, cleaning mode selection, and real-time monitoring.

6. Operating

6.1 Cleaning Modes

  • Auto Clean: The robot automatically plans its cleaning path and cleans the entire floor area. Press the power button on the robot or select 'Auto' in the app.
  • Spot Clean: The robot cleans a specific area more intensely. Place the robot in the center of the area to be cleaned and select 'Spot Clean' in the app.
  • Edge Clean: The robot cleans along walls and furniture edges. Select 'Edge Clean' in the app.
  • Mopping Mode: When the water tank is installed, the robot will automatically switch to mopping mode. Adjust water flow settings via the app.

6.2 Starting/Pausing/Stopping Cleaning

  • Start: Press the power button on the robot or the 'Start' button in the app.
  • Pause: Press the power button during cleaning or the 'Pause' button in the app.
  • Stop: Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds or select 'Stop' in the app. The robot will return to its charging base.

6.3 Scheduling

Use the ROPVACNIC app to set up cleaning schedules for specific times and days. The robot will automatically start cleaning at the scheduled times.

6.4 Voice Control

The ROPVACNIC S1 is compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant. Follow the instructions in the app to link your robot to your voice assistant for hands-free control.

6.5 Obstacle Avoidance & Intelligent Automation

Equipped with advanced sensors, the robot can detect and navigate around obstacles, preventing collisions and falls. It intelligently adjusts its path and cleaning mode based on its environment.

6.6 Self-Recharge

When the battery is low, the robot will automatically return to its charging base to recharge. Once fully charged, it will resume cleaning if the task was not completed.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.

7.1 Dust Bin Emptying & Cleaning

Empty the dust bin after each use. Remove the dust bin, open its lid, and discard collected debris. Rinse the dust bin with water if necessary, ensuring it is completely dry before reinserting.

7.2 Filter Cleaning/Replacement

Tap the HEPA filter to remove loose dirt. For thorough cleaning, gently brush off debris. Replace the HEPA filter every 3-6 months, or more frequently depending on usage.

7.3 Side Brush Cleaning/Replacement

Remove any hair or debris tangled around the side brushes. If brushes are worn or damaged, replace them with new ones (included in package or purchased separately).

7.4 Water Tank/Mop Pad Cleaning

After mopping, empty any remaining water from the tank. Remove the mop pad and wash it thoroughly. Allow both the tank and pad to air dry completely before storage or next use.

7.5 Sensor Cleaning

Wipe the cliff sensors and charging contacts on the robot and charging base with a clean, dry cloth regularly to ensure proper function.

8. Troubleshooting
