1. Product Overview

The MERCUSYS Halo H25BE is a state-of-the-art Whole Home Mesh WiFi 7 System designed to provide seamless, high-speed internet coverage throughout your entire home. Utilizing the latest WiFi 7 technology, including 4K-QAM, MLO, and Multi-RUs, it delivers blazing-fast speeds up to 3.6 Gbps, ideal for 4K/8K streaming, AR/VR gaming, and rapid downloads. This system ensures a stable and reliable connection for over 150 devices, eliminating dead zones and buffering.

3. Setup Guide

3.1. Initial Placement

Place the first Halo unit near your modem or main internet connection point. Ensure it is in an open area, away from obstructions and other electronic devices that might cause interference.

3.2. Hardware Connection

1. Connect the Main Halo Unit:

   Connect one of the Halo H25BE units to your modem using the provided RJ45 Ethernet cable. Plug one end into any WAN/LAN port on the Halo unit and the other end into your modem's Ethernet port. Then, connect the power adapter to the Halo unit and plug it into a power outlet.

2. Power On Additional Units:

   Place the other Halo units in different areas of your home to expand coverage. Plug each unit into a power outlet. They will automatically attempt to connect to the main Halo unit.

The MERCUSYS app simplifies the setup process and allows for easy network management.

1. Download the MERCUSYS App:

   Scan the QR code or visit mercusys.com/app/download-app to download the MERCUSYS app on your smartphone or tablet.

2. Follow In-App Instructions:

   Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a MERCUSYS ID (if you don't have one) and set up your mesh network. The app will guide you through connecting the main Halo unit and adding the satellite units.

Once set up, your Halo H25BE system provides a unified network for seamless connectivity.

4.1. Seamless Roaming

The Halo system ensures seamless roaming throughout your home. Your devices will automatically switch to the strongest WiFi signal as you move, preventing drops and maintaining a consistent connection.

5. Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your MERCUSYS Halo H25BE system:

• Cleaning: Keep the units clean and free from dust. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surfaces. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
• Ventilation: Ensure the units are placed in well-ventilated areas to prevent overheating. Do not cover the ventilation holes.
• Rebooting: If you experience network issues, try rebooting your Halo units by unplugging them from power for 10 seconds and then plugging them back in.

No Internet Access	Check if your modem is working correctly. Ensure the Ethernet cable between the main Halo unit and the modem is securely connected. Reboot both your modem and the main Halo unit.

Consider adding an additional Halo unit if your home is very large or has many obstructions. Ensure units are not placed near large metal objects or appliances that emit electromagnetic interference.
