3. Setup and Installation
3.1 Simple Installation
The ANRAN solar security camera is designed for easy installation. The fixed solar panel eliminates the need for separate wiring, making setup quick and hassle-free. The ANRAN app provides voice guidance to assist with the connection process.
- Charge the Camera: Before initial use, ensure the camera's internal battery is sufficiently charged. You can use the provided USB cable for initial charging if needed.
- Download the ANRAN App: Search for "ANRAN" in your mobile device's app store (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and install the application.
- Create an Account: Open the ANRAN app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new user account.
- Add Device: In the app, select the option to add a new device. Follow the voice prompts and on-screen instructions to connect your camera to your 2.4G WiFi network.
- Mount the Camera: Choose an outdoor location with good sunlight exposure for the solar panel. Use the provided screw pack and mounting hole template to securely attach the camera to a wall or suitable surface. Ensure the camera has a clear line of sight to the area you wish to monitor.

3.2 Solar Panel Efficiency
The integrated solar panel is designed to provide continuous power. Position the camera where the solar panel receives direct sunlight for several hours daily to maintain optimal battery charge. This eliminates the need for manual recharging under normal conditions.

4.1 360-Degree PTZ Control
The camera features Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) functionality, allowing you to remotely adjust the viewing angle. Through the ANRAN app, you can rotate the camera 360 degrees horizontally and adjust its vertical tilt to monitor every corner of your property.
