1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the SARMOCARE Water Dental Flosser F800. This cordless oral irrigator is designed to provide effective and convenient oral hygiene, helping to remove food debris and plaque from between teeth and below the gumline. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use to ensure proper operation and maintenance.

2. Important Safety Information

To reduce the risk of electric shock, injury, or damage, always follow basic safety precautions when using electrical products, especially when children are present. This device is intended for personal oral hygiene only. Do not use for any other purpose. Consult your dentist before use if you have had oral surgery or have severe periodontal disease. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the water flosser. The device features a built-in 1500mAh rechargeable battery and a Type-C charging port.

  1. Ensure the waterproof plug on the charging port is securely open.
  2. Connect the Type-C USB charging cable to the charging port on the device.
  3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible power source (e.g., power bank, wall adapter, car charger, notebook).
  4. The charging indicator light will illuminate. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours and provides up to 45 days of usage.
  5. Once fully charged, disconnect the cable and ensure the waterproof plug is firmly closed to maintain IPX7 water resistance.

4.2 Attaching a Nozzle

  1. Select the desired nozzle (Standard, Orthodontic, Periodontal, or Tonguescraper).
  2. Insert the nozzle into the hole at the top of the flosser unit until it clicks into place.
  3. To remove, press the nozzle release button (usually located on the back or side of the unit) and pull the nozzle out.

4.3 Filling the Water Tank

The flosser features a 300ML large capacity, removable water tank with two filling options.

  1. Option 1 (Direct Fill): Open the small cap on the side of the water tank and fill directly with water.
  2. Option 2 (Remove Tank): Detach the water tank from the main unit by twisting or pulling it down (refer to device specific mechanism). Fill the tank with lukewarm water. Reattach the tank securely to the main unit.

Ensure the tank is securely attached to prevent leaks. The open visual tank design allows for easy monitoring of water levels.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off and Mode Selection

The device features a double button design for enhanced protection, allowing you to select the mode before switching on.

  1. Press the 'M' (Mode) button to cycle through the 4 available modes:
    • Soft Mode: Gentle pressure, suitable for beginners and sensitive teeth.
    • Normal Mode: Standard pressure for daily cleaning and gum massage.
    • Strong Mode: High pressure for deep cleaning.
    • Pulse Mode: Variable pressure for gum stimulation and massage.
  2. Once the desired mode is selected, press the Power button to start the water flosser.
  3. To turn off the device, press the Power button again.

5.2 Using Different Nozzles

The SARMOCARE Water Dental Flosser comes with four specialized nozzles:

  • Standard Jet Tip: For daily gumline cleaning.
  • Orthodontic Jet Tip: Designed for people wearing orthodontic braces.
  • Periodontal Jet Tip: For cleaning periodontal pockets and dental devices.
  • Tonguescraper Jet Tip: For cleaning tongue coating to freshen breath.

5.3 Proper Flossing Technique

  1. Lean over a sink and place the nozzle tip into your mouth, aiming it at your gumline at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Close your lips slightly to prevent splashing, but allow water to flow from your mouth into the sink.
  3. Start with your back teeth and work your way to the front. Glide the tip along the gumline, pausing briefly between teeth.
  4. Floss both the front and back surfaces of your teeth.
  5. Empty any remaining water from the tank after each use.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning the Device

The SARMOCARE Water Dental Flosser is IPX7 waterproof, allowing for easy cleaning.

  1. After each use, turn off the device and empty any remaining water from the tank.
  2. Rinse the water tank and the main unit under running water.
  3. Wipe the exterior of the device with a soft, damp cloth.
  4. Ensure the waterproof plug for the charging port is always closed when cleaning or not charging.

6.2 Cleaning Nozzles

Rinse each nozzle under running water after use. For deeper cleaning, nozzles can be soaked in a denture cleaning solution or a mixture of water and white vinegar for 10-15 minutes, then rinsed thoroughly.

6.3 Storage

Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the water tank is empty and clean before storing for extended periods.

7. Troubleshooting
