4. Setup and Basic Operation
4.1 Initial Setup

- In Timekeeping Mode, press and hold the A (Adjust) button until the seconds begin to flash, indicating setting mode.

5.1 Stopwatch Mode
- From Timekeeping Mode, press B (Mode) until "STW" or "STOP" appears on the display.

- Press C (Start/Stop) again to pause.
- Press C (Start/Stop) to resume, or D (Lap/Reset) to reset to zero while paused.
- To record lap times, press D (Lap/Reset) while the stopwatch is running. The lap time will display briefly, then the stopwatch will continue running.
5.2 Alarm Mode
The watch supports up to 5 alarms. To set an alarm:
- From Timekeeping Mode, press B (Mode) until "ALM" or "ALARM" appears.
- Press C (Start/Stop) to select the alarm number (AL1, AL2, etc.).
- Press and hold A (Adjust) until the alarm hour flashes.
- Use C (Start/Stop) or D (Lap/Reset) to adjust the hour.

5.3 World Time Mode
This mode allows you to view the current time in various major cities around the world.
- From Timekeeping Mode, press B (Mode) until "WT" or "WORLD TIME" appears.
- Use C (Start/Stop) or D (Lap/Reset) to scroll through the available city codes/time zones.
- The display will show the current time for the selected city.
5.4 Countdown Timer Mode
Set a timer to count down from a specified time.
- From Timekeeping Mode, press B (Mode) until "TMR" or "COUNTDOWN" appears.
- Press and hold A (Adjust) until the hour flashes.
- Use C (Start/Stop) or D (Lap/Reset) to set the desired hour, then press B (Mode) to move to minutes, and then seconds.
- Press A (Adjust) to confirm the countdown time.
