3.2 Connecting the Mouse
The X11 mouse supports three connection modes: Wired, 2.4GHz Wireless, and Bluetooth 5.0.
- Wired Mode: Connect the USB-C cable directly from the mouse to your computer. The mouse will function immediately.
- 2.4GHz Wireless Mode: Locate the 2.4GHz USB receiver. It is often stored in a compartment on the underside of the mouse or within the charging dock. Plug the receiver into an available USB port on your computer. Switch the mode switch on the underside of the mouse to the 2.4G position. The mouse should connect automatically.
- Bluetooth Mode: Switch the mode switch on the underside of the mouse to the BT position. Press and hold the Bluetooth toggle button (usually located near the mode switch) for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. 7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Mouse not responding | Low battery, incorrect connection mode, receiver not plugged in (2.4G), not paired (Bluetooth) | Charge the mouse. Ensure the mode switch is set correctly (Wired, 2.4G, or BT). For 2.4G, ensure the receiver is plugged in. For Bluetooth, re-pair the device. |
| Lag or disconnections in wireless mode | Interference, distance from receiver/device, low battery | Move closer to the receiver/device. Ensure no strong interference sources are nearby. Charge the mouse. |
| DPI not changing | DPI button malfunction, software issue | Ensure the DPI button is pressed firmly. Check the driver software for custom DPI settings or conflicts. |
| RGB lighting not working | Software settings, physical damage | Check RGB settings in the driver software. Ensure the charging dock is properly connected. |
