1. Product Overview

The ZEEPORTE SECURITY Solar Security Camera (Model Snap 30T) is a wireless outdoor surveillance solution designed for comprehensive home security. It features a 2K (2304 x 1296 pixels) resolution for crystal-clear video and a 3600 pan/tilt capability (3550 horizontal and 1200 vertical) to cover wide areas. Powered by a combination of a 2W solar panel and a rechargeable battery, it offers continuous operation without the need for constant charging or wiring. Advanced AI motion detection can distinguish between people, vehicles, pets, and packages, sending instant notifications to your smartphone via the FONDAIL app. It also includes two-way audio, a smart siren, and a spotlight for enhanced security. With an IP65 waterproof rating, it is built to withstand various outdoor weather conditions.

• Two-Way Talk & Smart Siren Alarm: Built-in microphone and speaker enable real-time two-way communication. Siren alarm and flashing LED light can deter intruders.
• SD & Free 7-Day Cycle Cloud Storage: Supports Micro SD card (up to 256GB, not included) and offers a life-time 7-day rolling cloud storage (6s recordings loop coverage) with a 30-day trial for advanced features.
• Note: Only supports 2.4G Wi-Fi. 5G Wi-Fi is not supported. Does not feature motion tracking or 24/7 continuous recording (only event recording).

4. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps to set up and install your ZEEPORTE SECURITY Solar Security Camera:

1. Choose a Location: Select an outdoor location with good Wi-Fi signal and ample sunlight exposure for the solar panel. Ensure the camera has a clear view of the area you wish to monitor.
2. Mount the Camera: Use the provided mounting accessories to securely attach the camera to a wall or desired surface. The camera features an easy-to-remove mounting mechanism for convenience.
3. Mount the Solar Panel: Install the solar panel in a location that receives maximum direct sunlight throughout the day. Connect the solar panel's charging cord to the camera's USB-C port. Ensure the waterproof cover for the port is securely closed after connection.
4. Power On & App Connection: Press the power button on the camera to turn it on. Download the FONDAIL app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to add your new device. Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4G Wi-Fi network during setup.
5. Network Diagnostic: The app will guide you through a network diagnostic to ensure strong Wi-Fi signal for optimal performance.

5. Operating Instructions

Control and monitor your camera using the FONDAIL app:

• Live View: Access real-time video feed from your camera anytime, anywhere.
• Pan/Tilt Control: Use the app to remotely rotate the camera 3550 horizontally and 1200 vertically to adjust your viewing angle.
• Two-Way Audio: Communicate with visitors or deter unwanted guests using the built-in microphone and speaker.
• Smart Siren & Spotlight: Activate the siren and flashing LED light remotely from the app to scare off intruders.
• AI Motion Detection & Notifications: Receive instant alerts on your phone when motion is detected. Customize detection zones to focus on specific areas and reduce false alarms. The AI can identify people, vehicles, pets, and packages.
• Storage: View recorded events from either the installed Micro SD card (not included) or the cloud storage service.
• Multi-User Sharing: Share access to your camera's feed with family members or trusted individuals through the app.

6. Maintenance

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your camera:

• Solar Panel Placement: Regularly check that the solar panel is clean and free from obstructions (e.g., leaves, dirt) to ensure efficient charging.
• Weather Resistance: The camera has an IP65 waterproof rating, making it suitable for outdoor use in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat). No special weather-related maintenance is typically required beyond ensuring proper installation.
• Firmware Updates: Periodically check the FONDAIL app for any available firmware updates to ensure your camera has the latest features and security enhancements.
• SD Card Management: If using a Micro SD card, periodically review and manage stored footage to prevent the card from becoming full.
