Setup and Assembly

Assembly of the VIAGDO Queen Bed Frame is designed to be straightforward. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the included installation manual. All parts are numbered for easy identification.

Assembly Steps Overview:

1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
2. Assemble the headboard structure, including the storage shelves and charging station.
3. Attach the side rails and footboard to the headboard.
4. Install the bed slats and secure them. The slats feature sound-absorbing EVA straps for quiet use.
5. Assemble and insert the four storage drawers into the bed frame.
6. Connect the LED light strips and charging station power cord to a suitable outlet.

Operating Instructions

Storage Headboard:

The headboard features a 2-tier storage shelf for easy access to items like books, phones, or alarm clocks. A hidden compartment behind the upholstered panels provides discreet storage for essentials. Two side pouches are also available for smaller items such as remote controls or charging cables.

Built-in Charging Station:

The headboard includes a convenient charging station with 1 USB port, 1 Type-C port, and 2 AC outlets. A 6.6ft power supply cord is integrated. Simply plug your devices into the appropriate ports for quick and easy charging.

LED Lights:

The bed frame features double LED light strips, encased behind the headboard bar and sealed in a transparent panel on the footboard. Control the lights using the provided remote or a smartphone application. Choose from over 60,000 colors, 29 dynamic modes, and adjust brightness and speed. The lights also include a microphone function for music synchronization and a timing function.

Storage Drawers:

The bed frame includes four large storage drawers, two on each side. Each drawer is equipped with four smooth wheels for easy sliding and a fixing system to secure them to the bed frame, preventing unwanted movement. These drawers provide ample space for bedding, clothing, or other personal items.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Wipe the bed frame surfaces with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that may damage the finish or upholstery. For the leather upholstered parts, use a mild leather cleaner if necessary, following the product's instructions.

General Care:

• Regularly check all screws and bolts to ensure they remain tight. Retighten as needed to maintain stability.
• Avoid jumping on the bed to prevent damage to the frame and slats.
• Keep the bed frame away from direct sunlight and excessive heat to prevent material degradation.

Troubleshooting

Bed Frame Squeaks or Wobbles:

• Ensure all assembly bolts and screws are securely tightened.
• Check that the bed slats are properly seated and the EVA straps are intact.
• Verify that the center support legs are making firm contact with the floor.

LED Lights Not Functioning:

• Confirm the power cord for the LED lights is securely plugged into both the bed frame and a working wall outlet.
• Check the remote control or smartphone app for battery levels or connectivity issues.
• Ensure no wires are pinched or damaged during assembly.

Charging Station Not Working:

• Verify the main power cord for the charging station is correctly plugged into a functional wall outlet.
