3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking

Carefully remove the clock from its packaging. Verify that all components are present: the digital clock unit, a USB power cable, and the detachable stand (located inside the battery compartment).

3.2 Power Options

The clock can be powered by two methods:

  • Battery Power: Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the battery compartment. Ensure correct polarity (+/-). This allows for wireless placement.
  • USB Cable Power: Connect the included USB power cable to the power cable jack on the clock and plug the other end into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a USB port.

3.3 Stand Installation (for Desk Placement)

If you intend to use the clock on a desk or flat surface, install the detachable stand:

  1. Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the clock.
  2. Locate and remove the stick stand from inside the compartment.
  3. Insert the stand into the designated hole at the bottom of the clock and twist it to the right angle for stability.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover.

3.4 Wall Mounting

For wall mounting, use the two hook holes located on the back of the clock. Securely fasten two screws (not included) into your wall, ensuring they are level and spaced correctly to fit the hook holes. Hang the clock onto the screws.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Setting Time and Date

To set the time and date:

  1. Press and hold the Set button for a few seconds until the hour display starts flashing.
  2. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the hour.
  3. Press the Set button again to confirm the hour and move to the minute setting.
  4. Use the + and - buttons to adjust the minutes.
  5. Continue pressing Set and using +/- to set the year, month, and day in sequence.
  6. After setting the day, press Set one last time to exit the setting mode.

4.2 Switching 12/24 Hour Mode

To switch between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats:

  • In normal time display mode, press the - button. The display will toggle between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour formats.

4.3 Switching Temperature Unit (°C/°F)

To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units:

  • In normal time display mode, press the + button. The temperature display will toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F).

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the display or casing.
  • Battery Replacement: If using batteries, replace them when the display dims or becomes inconsistent. Always replace both AAA batteries at the same time.
  • Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.

6. Troubleshooting
