Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the headset using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the USB-C end to the headset and the USB-A end to a power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter). The indicator light will show red during charging and turn blue when fully charged.

Connecting the Headset

The MCHOSE V9 Pro supports three connection modes: 2.4GHz Wireless, Bluetooth, and Wired.

2.4GHz Wireless Connection (Recommended for Gaming)
  1. Plug the 2.4GHz USB-C receiver into your PC, PS5, PS4, or Nintendo Switch. If your device only has USB-A ports, use a USB-C to USB-A adapter (not included).
  2. Power on the headset by long-pressing the Power Button for approximately 3 seconds.
  3. The headset will automatically attempt to connect to the receiver. The indicator lights will flash red and green alternately during connection, and remain solid green once connected.

Bluetooth Connection
  1. Power on the headset.
  2. Double-click the Power Button to switch to Bluetooth mode. The indicator lights will flash red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your mobile phone or tablet, go to Bluetooth settings and select "MCHOSE V9 Pro" from the list of available devices to pair.
  4. The indicator light will turn solid blue once connected.
Wired Connection

Connect the headset directly to your device using the USB-C charging cable. This mode provides audio and microphone functionality without requiring battery power.

Driver and Software Installation

For full customization and optimal performance, it is recommended to install the MCHOSE HUB software. This software allows for audio equalizer adjustments, 7.1 surround sound configuration, and other settings.

Indicator Lights

Audio Modes

The headset features three customizable audio modes: Game Mode 1, Game Mode 2, and Music Mode. Triple-click the Power Button to cycle through these modes, optimizing audio for different content types.

Microphone Usage

The detachable microphone features AI Noise-Canceling technology for clear communication. Press the Microphone Button once to toggle the microphone on or off.
